MeditationPal ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our MeditationPal mobile application (the "Service").

• Mindful minutes read from Apple Health (to display your meditation history)

If you have iCloud enabled, your meditation data may sync across your devices via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

• The app uses Apple's recommended security best practices
• Data is encrypted and stored in the device's secure sandbox environment

3. Health Data

MeditationPal integrates with Apple Health to:

• Read mindful minutes to display your meditation history

Health data access requires your explicit permission. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Health → MeditationPal.

MeditationPal uses the following Apple-provided services:

6.2 No Other Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

7. User Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access Right: View all data stored in the app
• Modification Right: Edit or update your information at any time
• Deletion Right: Completely delete all data
• Health Permission Right: Grant or revoke Health data access at any time

7.2 Data Deletion

You can delete data by uninstalling the app (will delete all local data) or by revoking iCloud sync to remove cloud-stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

MeditationPal is suitable for all ages, but we pay special attention to protecting children's privacy:

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13
• We recommend parental supervision for children using the app
• If we discover accidental collection of children's information, we will delete it immediately

9. Data Retention

• Data is only retained on your device (and optionally in iCloud)
• When you delete the app, all local data will be permanently deleted
• We do not retain copies of your data on any servers

• Uses security frameworks provided by iOS system
• Data is stored in app sandbox, isolated from other apps
