Welcome to 3ThingsPal ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Service Description

Core features

• Daily Three Things: Record, manage, and complete your daily tasks
• Progress display: Completion status, history statistics, and progress feedback
• Notifications and reminders: Local daily reminders to help you stay on track
• Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets: Quick viewing and task updates
• Live Activity: Lock Screen dynamic progress display
• Apple Watch sync: View and update tasks on your watch
• App Intents (Siri/App Shortcuts): Quick actions and automation

Nature of service

• The app provides personal productivity tools; it is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are a minor, use under parental/guardian guidance is recommended.

Account and Data

• 3ThingsPal does not require an account; data is stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for securing your device to protect data within the app.
• If you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Subscription Services

Free tier

• Provides core functionality (record and display daily three things)

Premium tier (subscription)

• Offered via Apple’s App Store using StoreKit, monthly/yearly options
• May include additional features (e.g., more statistics, themes/icons, extra reminder options)

Billing and renewal

• Billing is handled by Apple; we do not directly charge users
• Subscriptions auto‑renew unless you cancel in your App Store account

Refund policy

• Refunds are processed by Apple according to its policies; we do not provide direct refunds

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, tampering, or circumventing security mechanisms
• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Privacy or intellectual‑property violations
• Interfering with or disrupting normal app operation

Intellectual Property

• The app and its content (icons, UI, documentation, etc.) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may use the app only within the bounds of the law; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

Privacy

Availability and Support

• We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
• We may update, maintain, or change the app from time to time, which may temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

• If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your use of the app without prior notice.
• You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time.

Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will remain in effect.
