Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LiveMarquee mobile application ("App," "Service," or "LiveMarquee"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

LiveMarquee is a mobile application that provides:

• Dynamic scrolling text display functionality
• Built-in camera and photo management features
• Customizable themes and appearance settings
• Local photo storage and organization

LiveMarquee is intended for informational and utility purposes only.

User Accounts and Registration

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use LiveMarquee for:

• Creating scrolling text displays for personal or commercial use
• Taking and organizing photos
• Customizing app appearance and settings
• Any lawful purpose that complies with these Terms

Prohibited Uses

You may not use LiveMarquee for:

• Creating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Displaying content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Creating content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the app's functionality
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code

You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and Apple App Store policies when using the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

• LiveMarquee and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
• The app's design, functionality, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app

Your Content

• You retain all rights to photos and text content you create using the app
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you input
• You grant us no rights to your personal content

Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Privacy and Data Protection

Premium Features and Purchases

In-App Purchases

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions

Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store
• We do not process refunds directly
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• The subscription price, billing period, and other relevant details are displayed within the App before you confirm the purchase
• You can cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

You acknowledge that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's own terms and conditions.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain app availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We are not responsible for device compatibility issues

Content Disclaimer

• You use the app at your own risk. The app is provided "as is" and "as available"
• You are solely responsible for content you create and display
• We do not monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content
• Use of the app in public spaces is at your own discretion and risk
• We do not pre-screen or monitor content created or displayed by users

Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Termination

Termination by You

• You may stop using the app at any time
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. We do not store or retain any data on our servers
• Your data will be deleted from your device upon uninstallation

Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately if you breach these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately

Updates and Modifications

App Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality and security
• Some updates may be required for continued use
• New features may be subject to additional terms

Terms Updates

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated through the app or App Store
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our Service.
