1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SWOTPal! By downloading, installing, or using the SWOTPal application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
2.1 Features
SWOTPal is a business intelligence tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to:
- Generate SWOT analyses (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) from user input.
- Analyze text and documents (PDFs) provided by the user.
- Compare entities (Versus Mode) and generate strategic matrices (TOWS).
2.2 AI Disclaimer
Use of Artificial Intelligence:
The Service utilizes advanced AI models to provide insights. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or "hallucinations."
- SWOTPal is a tool for assistance and should not be the sole basis for critical business, financial, or legal decisions.
- You are responsible for verifying any strategies or facts generated by the App before implementation.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Account Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Subscriptions
- Pro Plan: Access to advanced features (e.g., Deep Thinking, Unlimited Analysis) is available via subscription.
- Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Account Settings.
4. User Content
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the text, files, and data you submit to SWOTPal ("User Content").
- License: You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis services to you. We do not claim ownership of your strategies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content.
- Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to scrape our data/models.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SWOTPal (ElevenApril) is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any business losses, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from your use of the AI-generated analysis.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the App, you agree to our data practices described therein.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use constitues acceptance of the new Terms.
