• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track you across other apps and websites
• Subscription status and purchase history may be stored in your Apple account and are subject to Apple's privacy policy

How We Use Your Information

Local Storage Only

• Text content and settings are saved locally on your device
• We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal content on our servers

iCloud Storage (if enabled by the user)

• LiveMarquee does not operate any own servers to upload or store user content. However, if the user has iCloud enabled on their device, app content such as photos, text, and settings may be automatically backed up or synced to iCloud according to the user's system settings
• This iCloud storage is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to any user data stored in iCloud

App Improvement

• Anonymous usage data helps us understand how to improve the app
• Crash reports help us fix bugs and enhance stability
• No personal information is included in these analytics

• You can delete photos and content directly within the app
• You can reset app settings at any time
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data

Permissions

• Camera Access: Required only for photo capture functionality
• Photo Library Access: Required only for saving photos to your device
• You can revoke these permissions in iOS Settings at any time

Children's Privacy

Our Service is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We will promptly delete any such data from the device if found.

• Personal content is retained locally on your device until you delete it
